Muitas vezes somos nós próprios que criamos os obstáculos ao amor, sem nos apercebermos.

We often build the obstacles to love ourselves, without noticing.
We expect more than we give. We stop listening to the person beside us. Out of fear of losing them, we start to hold on and control. And then we wonder where the love has gone.
A good relationship does not happen on its own. Two people build it by being there for each other and sharing their lives. When one gives far more than the other, closeness turns into distance, and you can feel lonely even next to the person you love.
A constellation shows what lies behind this: why something happened between you and what followed from it. When you see it, you can find a new place in your relationship.

Os participantes online e presenciais formam um único grupo, e ambos podem trazer questões pessoais para o trabalho de Constelações.
Mesmo que o teu tema não seja explorado, assistir à constelação de outra pessoa pode mostrar-te padrões que reconheces e ajudar-te a ver a tua própria relação com mais clareza.
● Não é necessária experiência prévia
Não é necessária nenhuma preparação especial. O seminário está aberto tanto a quem participa pela primeira vez como a quem já conhece o trabalho com Constelações.
How the seminar works
Constellations take place live during the seminar.
Online and in-person participants form one group, and both can bring personal issues into the constellation work.
Even when your own issue is not being explored, witnessing another constellation may show you familiar patterns and help you see your own relationship more clearly.
● No previous experience is required
No special preparation is needed. The seminar is open to both newcomers and those already familiar with constellation work.

Sobre Sophie Hellinger
Sophie Hellinger trabalha com as Constelações Familiares Original Hellinger® há mais de 25 anos.
Em 1999 fundou a Hellinger®schule em Bad Reichenhall.
Em 2003 casou com Bert Hellinger e, juntos, investigaram e desenvolveram o método das constelações.
Desde 2018 é a única representante das Constelações Familiares Original Hellinger® e dá continuidade ao trabalho que desenvolveram juntos.
